To all Internet Banking Customers:
- Microsoft recently released Internet Explorer 8 (IE8) as one of the critical updates to the Windows operating system. Internet Explorer 8 is not currently supported by our Internet Banking systems. However, Internet Explorer 8 will be automatically downloaded and installed through the Windows Update feature unless the end-user prevents this from occurring as follows:
Updating via Windows Website:
This can be accomplished by selecting custom update and then removing IE8 from the list of updates to be installed.
Updating via Automatic Windows Update:
This can be accomplished by reviewing your computer’s automatic update settings to ensure that the IE8 update is not automatically installed.
In the event that you have already installed IE8, we have provided a link with Microsoft’s instructions on how to downgrade from IE8 to your prior browser version. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
