Individual Retirement Accounts

• Guaranty offers both the Traditional and Roth Individual Retirement Accounts. Your Guaranty I.R.A. can be opened for a minimum of $250.00. We offer certificates of deposit with terms ranging from 91 days to 5 years at highly competitive rates.
• No annual fees with the Guaranty IRA Plan.
• Current regulations allow eligible individuals to contribute up to $5000.00 (for tax years 2009 and 2010); and a catch up contribution of $1000.00 is allowed for individuals 50 years old or over.
• Our customer service representatives can assist you in completing transfers and rollovers.
• For those individuals over 59 ½ , Guaranty can automatically send you monthly, quarterly or annual distributions; or just come into one of our convenient locations to make your IRA distribution.
• For individuals over 70 ½, Guaranty will notify you annually of your required minimum distribution from your Traditional IRA Plan.
